Tara

Tara, together with her husband Tim, moved to Salmon Arm in 1989 from Edmonton, Alberta with their then young family.

She worked for many years at the Salmon Arm Golf Club in the administration office, then as an independent sales representative for "Kids Only", a children's clothing manufacturer from Calgary, Alberta.  Just prior to licensing in real estate, she worked as a bookkeeper and secretary for a local developer/builder in Salmon Arm. This experience gave her valuable first-hand knowledge of the construction market in the area.

During her 19 years as a local resident, Tara has been involved in many community activities and sport clubs with her husband and children.

Tara and her husband, Tim, have two children: Miranda 23, graduating 2008 from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor's degree in Science, majoring in biology.  Stephanie 21, has completed a fashion merchandising diploma in Vancouver, now gradating from NAIT (Alberta) in 2008 with a 2 year diploma in Business, then back to Vancouver to further her education with fashion design. Tim is employed at COE/Newnes/McGehee working as an International sales representative for the company.

With an empty nest, Tara is able to focus on and devote her time to her new career in real estate. When not assisting clients, you will find Tara walking her dog "Murphy" in Little Mountain Park.

Tara's enthusiasm, reliability and familiarity with the area is sure to be of assistance to those looking to buy or sell real estate in the Shuswap area.
