Background: Lisa's parents, Tom and Carole Shirley, were both Realtors and it was natural that her career would also be real estate. She has been a TOP PRODUCER actively selling real estate in Salmon Arm and surrounding Shuswap area since 1987 (21 years). She has owned Shirley Real Estate Ltd. since January 1994 and currently holds an active Managing Broker License in the province of BC.

Awards: Lisa was awarded the Medallion MLS award (honouring the top 5% of all producers in the entire Okanagan/Shuswap Area based on sales production) in 1994 (this was the last year the MLS board had an award program).
