Colin is a 3^rd generation realtor. His Grandfather, Tom Shirley, founded Shirley Real Estate in 1983, and his parents, Lisa & Darrell Nobbs, are the current owners. He was born and raised in Salmon Arm and has called it home all his life. With real estate being in his genes, Colin learned real estate negotiation at the dinner table and regularly assisted his mother with putting up listing signs and other various real estate tasks. Directly after high school, Colin moved to Victoria, for 5 years, to earn a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Victoria. After having successfully completed his Commerce Degree, Colin spent a year and a half in Fort McMurray working as a Contract Administrator, Management Division for Finning (Canada). He recently purchased a condo in Salmon Arm and has moved back to the beautiful Shuswap area, to get into the Family Business.
