Bio:

I have worked in the construction industry for 30+ years as a Lead Hand, Superintendent and Manager. Working on many renovations and building 2 houses gives me a vast understanding of the building process. This knowledge will be a great benefit when dealing with repairs and maintenance of any building. I work and communicate well with people. I am a member of Strata Property Agents of BC (SPA) which holds its members to a high standard of ethics. I will strive to work to reach above and beyond the basic strata licensing requirements written by the Province of BC. As a strata Manager, I am a "hands on manager" that will work with and on behalf of the strata corporation. I will be readily available should problems arise.

I have lived in Salmon Arm area for 50+ years. Growing up and working in Salmon Arm has been very beneficial for myself and my family. I am married and have four grown children and two grandchildren. I currently reside in a strata complex and also own a company share in an RV resort. The resort runs much like a strata, having an elected council, a yearly AGM, special meetings and both are governed by bylaws and rules.

I am excited about this new division created for me at Shirley Real Estate. I am the only licensed Strata manager that works for a fully licensed real estate firm in the Salmon Arm and entire Shuswap area.� I would like the opportunity to give you more details of my services.
